Sales Manager
Full-time Sales Manager to work in a flexible and fast growing environment. The primary role of this candidate is to support all sales activities.
Job Duties
- Generate new sales leads
- Handle all incoming leads
- Manage sales pipeline
- Sell. The candidate is expected to be extremely hands-on in making sales efforts, including on-site and off-site meetings with sales leads, assistance in sales prospecting, attending networking events and aggressively seeking leads, staffing trade shows, and more.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and provide reports to executives.
- Managing existing accounts and customers.
- Involved in the development of marketing materials, making initial presentation; understanding account requirements, contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
Qualifications
- 4 year college degree
- 3+ years of Internet communications sales experience
- Requires proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and professional experience with contact management software such as Salesforce.com, ACT or Goldmine.
- More than 2 years of professional experience with the Internet, including Email and the Web.
- Strong understanding of the online communities and hosted services.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations.
- Ability to deal with customers at all levels.
- Basic understanding of Java technologies preferred but not necessary.
Compensation
This position offers an attractive base salary plus a lucrative commission package with unlimited potential.
Stock Options and Profit Sharing
This position will be eligible for participation in the Multicity Employee Stock Option and Profit Sharing program.
Scheduling
This position is available immediately. Hours for this position will most likely be 9 AM – 6 PM, M-F.
