The Information We Collect
Multicity asks you to register before undertaking certain actions on the Site. Your personal information is then stored in a secure profile that Multicity uses to give you access to certain of our tools and contact you in the event of a customer service request. To complete your profile, Multicity requires you to enter the following personal information: first name, last name, phone number, e-mail address, login name, password, age, location and security information.
Multicity also may ask you for personal information (e.g., credit card information, billing address, etc.) at other times, including, but not limited to, when you (a) purchase a tool for your site; (b) purchase advertising on the Site; (c) enter a sweepstakes, contest or other promotion sponsored by Multicity; and (d) report a problem with the site. If you contact Multicity, Multicity may keep a record of that correspondence. Wherever Multicity collects personal information, Multicity makes an effort to include a link to this privacy policy on that page.
Please also be aware that Multicity uses commonly employed Internet technologies to collect additional information. For example, Multicity uses "cookies" to authenticate users so that such users do not have to log in every time they attempt to access certain portions of the Site.

Who is Collecting Your Information
When you are on the Site and are asked for personal information; you are sharing that information with only Multicity except as set forth elsewhere in this privacy policy. Promotions that run on Multicity may be sponsored by companies other than Multicity or may be co-sponsored by Multicity and another company. Some or all data collected during a promotion may be shared with the co-sponsor(s). If data will be shared, you will be notified prior to the time of data collection or transfer. You can decide not to participate in the promotion if you don't want your data to be shared. Currently, most Multicity promotions are limited to United States or North American residents.

Sharing Information
As a policy, Multicity does not share, rent or sell any personally identifiable information on customers or members with any third parties without your permission. The only exceptions to this policy are 1) special circumstances described below that relate to legal or site abuse violations, 2) situations where a secure and trusted out-source service provider is being used to provide specific operational or marketing services, or 3) information sharing arrangements with our site Partners (as defined below).
Out-Source operational or marketing services might include database list management, outsource email delivery, sweepstakes or contest hosting services, product or gift fulfillment or other web site services. These service providers have been carefully selected by Multicity to provide complete security and ensure customer safety for Multicity's customers and members.
In addition, Multicity has several special relationships with other web sites ("Partners"). In some instances, the site or area of the site is "co-branded" with or "powered by" a Partner's logo or a Partner's name may appear in the URL. When you provide registration data on a co-branded site or area, personal and/or aggregate data may be shared with that partner. How Your Information is Used and With Whom Your Information is Shared
When you register with Multicity and you provide information about yourself, Multicity uses this information to grant you access to the Multicity tools, complete your purchase order, fulfill any customer service requests and provide promotional information via e-mail.
Multicity gives you the option to "opt-out" of receiving any further communications from us or outside parties. Multicity does not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described in this privacy policy without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out of or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
Multicity uses leading third-party advertising and marketing companies to display ads on our Site and through our tools and to provide e-mail marketing messages to our users. Multicity shares web site usage information and other personally identifiable information about visitors to the Site with these companies for the purpose of targeting our Internet banner advertisements and making the marketing efforts of our partners more efficient and of interest to you. For our advertising partners, we note some of the pages you visit on the Site through the use of pixel tags (also called clear gifs). The information collected by our third-party advertising company through the use of these pixel tags is not personally identifiable. In addition, our third-party advertising company may display banner ads that contain "cookies." Correcting Inaccuracies in Your Information
You can always (a) view, update and/or correct the information in your profile and (b) "opt-out" of receiving information from Multicity by visiting our homepage at http://www.multicity.com, logging in with a valid Login Name and Password, and then selecting Members and "edit profile."

Protection of Children
Although the Site is a general audience website that is not specifically designed for or targeted at children, the protection and safety of children is very important to Multicity and we therefore encourage parents and guardians to participate in and supervise the online activities of their children. We do not knowingly collect, use or disseminate any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If, however, we become aware that personally identifiable information regarding a child under the age of 13 has been collected at the Site, we will delete it from our records. By registering with our Site, you are representing you are over the age of 13.

Security
The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to Multicity. Multicity exercises great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your personal computer to our servers.
