 Rob Masri Joins Multicity as Vice President
of Corporate Development and General Counsel

 TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 1, 2000 - Multicity, Inc., the Internet's leading open global communications network with Web-enabled multilingual communications products and services, today announced the appointment of Rob Masri as Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel. In this new position, Masri will manage Multicity.com's strategic partner alliances and the company's legal affairs.

Before joining Multicity, Masri was an associate in the business department of the Reston,VA office of Cooley Godward LLP, which he joined in 1999. Prior to joining Cooley Godward, Masri was an associate with Hunton & Williams in Tysons Corner, Virginia. His diverse range of business and legal expertise includes venture capital financing, public and private offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. His representation of high-technology and emerging growth companies spanned industry sectors from software and telecommunications to e-commerce.
